He obtained his B.A. from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge in 1968; and obtained his J.D. from Loyola University of New Orleans in 1971. He was admitted to the Louisiana Bar Association in 1971. Mr. Torres is a member of the U.S. District Court and the Louisiana and American Bar Associations; Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Louisiana Trail Lawyers Association.

Roberta L. Burns was born in Kansas City, Missouri on March 20, 1957. She obtained her B.A. from Centenary College in 1979 and her J.D. from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge in 1984. She was admitted to the Louisiana Bar Association in 1985. Ms. Burns is a member of the U.S. District Court and the Louisiana State and American Bar Associations.

Becky R. Cieutat was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on November 4, 1953. She obtained her B.S. from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge in 1974 and her J.D. from Loyola University of New Orleans in 1982. She was admitted to the Louisiana Bar Association in 1982. Ms. Cieutat is a member of the U.S. District Court and New Orleans, Louisiana State, and American Bar Associations and Family Mediation Council. She is also certified as a Family Law Specialist.

Gant was born in Metairie, Louisiana on November 9, 1970.  He obtained his B.B.A. from University of Georgia in 1992 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Loyola, New Orleans in 1996.  He was admitted to the bar in 1996, for the State of Louisiana.  Mr. Gant is a member of the Louisiana State and American Bar Associations and is a licensed title insurance agent for First American Title Insurance Company, Stewart Title Guaranty Company and The Security Title Guarantee Corporation of Baltimore.
